1. Detailed discussion with clients regarding their requirements after which the functional specification sheet is drawn up. This preliminary discussion will result in a clear understanding and expectations of the clients.

2. Detailed site measurement and preliminary design validation information is collected from the site.

3. On finalizing the schematic layout, detailed perspective, and isometric drawings are submitted to the clients to have a "BIRDS EYE" view of their proposed facility and to obtain clarity on what exactly is being planned.

4. Subject to the approval of the final drawing, a discussion with the clients is conducted to freeze on all specifications and finishes for the project.

5. On finalizing the successful deal, detailed Gantt charts are drawn allotting resources and time frames for each task.
