- Preparation of a detailed fee proposal and Letter of Agreement (LOA)

Phase 2: Concept & Design Development

- Programming based on lifestyle and functional requirements
- Concept development through mood boards and material palettes
- Space planning, layouts, and zoning studies
- 3D visualisations, elevations, and finish selections
- Finalisation of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E)
- Preparation of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings covering all technical details

Phase 3: Execution & Implementation
Precision on Site
Once designs are approved, our focus shifts to disciplined execution.
What we do:
- Contractor coordination and material procurement
- Site preparation, protection, and marking
- Civil works, services, and structural modifications
- Electrical, plumbing, and technical installations
- Carpentry, finishes, painting, and polishing
- Continuous site supervision and quality checks
Outcome:
Design intent realised with strict quality and timeline control.
Phase 4: Styling, Handover & Aftercare
Delivering a Finished, Functional Space
The final phase ensures every detail is complete and documented.
What we do:
- Deep cleaning and final styling
- Joint walkthrough and punch-list (snag) resolution
- Delivery of a comprehensive handover pack, including:
- Maintenance guidelines
- Warranty documents
- Appliance manuals
- As-built drawings
- Formal project sign-off and final settlement
- Post-occupancy evaluation after 3–6 months
